WHO:
For free agents, current, credible film matters.

WHAT:
The TLK Free Agent Workout is designed to give kickers, punters, and long snappers credible rolling film and TrackMan-verified data they can send directly to their agents and professional teams.

This is not a traditional training session. The workout will be structured to create an NFL-style practice and evaluation environment with scripted situational reps followed by live competition.

PUNTERS

Punters will work through an NFL-style punt script featuring:

—Backed-up, open-field & directional punts
—Fringe & plus-territory punts
—Situational work
—Live snap punts
—TrackMan charting

What’s the goal?
The goal is to showcase distance, hang time, operation, directional control and consistency in situations teams actually evaluate.

KICKERS

Kickers will work through a structured field goal script featuring:
—Simulated holds during the charting portion
— Live snap and hold competition
—TrakMan charting

The workout will finish with directional, situational and dirty-ball kickoffs, with TrackMan providing objective data throughout the workout.

What’s the goal?
The goal is to showcase consistent ball contact, trajectory, and repeatability in situations teams actually evaluate.

LONG SNAPPERS

Long snappers will showcase:

—Punt & field goal snap consistency
—Accuracy and velocity
—Blocking
—Releases & coverage ability
—Live competitive reps

What’s the goal?
—The goal is to evaluate the complete long snapper, not just the snap.

LIVE COMPETITION

After charting, athletes will transition into competition:

Field Goal: Live snap + hold competition

Punt: Live snap, single-elimination competition

This gives athletes an opportunity to perform when one rep matters.
